APRP PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE APRP

Kent Kerschner It is an honor to be the President of such an association. As one of the founding members to help get the Association of Professional Rodeo Photographers off the ground. It is a place for rodeo photographers to discuss the fast paced world of rodeo photography. Rodeo photography is still an art form, and is still considered a professional trade.

We want to help all photographers that are new to rodeo photography, and even the ones that have been rodeo photographers for years, to get together, and discuss the changing ways to help them and their clients still get a professional photograph. We can let others know that we have a group of professionals that they can trust to have at their rodeos to do the job at hand, in a professional way, and to find a photographer in their area.

We want to help educate the rodeo committees, and contractors the importance of understanding the reason for having a professional photographer at there event.

There are members like my self with over 30 years of experience in photography, to help everyone understand what is the way to best achieve there goal of being a professional rodeo photographer.
